Night Care Manager
I am actively seeking a Night Care Manager for a service based in Mansfield, the home provides care for older people some of whom are living with Dementia. Acting as the person in charge of the home at night, you will be accountable for ensuring legislation is adhered to and standards are maintained. You'll provide effective handovers with Home/Deputy Managers and will be responsible for running team meetings.
You will need to be NVQ Level 3 qualified in order to apply for this position.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous Deputy Manager or Care Management experience is required
- NVQ3 in Direct Care is essential
- Excellent literacy, numeracy and communication skills
- Own car is required and business miles will be paid
- Deputy Manager or Team Leader: 2 years
SALARY: Circa £19,019 based on 38.5 hours per week (£9.50 per hour)
