Service Manager
Nurse Qualified Service Manager required for a specialist service based in Leigh-On-Sea that provides support for adults living with a learning disability or complex needs or with a forensic history. This is a small male only service providing assessment and intervention.
As the successfully appointment service manager you will have the overall responsibility and accountability for the management of the service whilst promoting a positive culture.
You must be Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin in order to apply for this role.
DUTIES:
- Work as the Registered Manager (registered with the appropriate regulatory body) and uphold and encourage in others the required standard of practice, as specified
- To achieve positive outcomes, in a timely manner, in response to any requirements generated by regulatory bodies or internal quality assurance processes
- Setting and maintaining standards which promote a safe, sound and support environment for individuals within the service
- Staff development (including Continuing Professional Development)
- Medication management
- MDT meetings and CPA reviews
- Ensure the effective, efficient management of the rota, ensuring they reflect the needs of the service users
- Observe the principles of the Data Protection Act and maintain confidentiality of information and relating to; individuals within our care, our staff, our service and our company
EXPERIENCE:
- Nurse qualified (RGN/RMN/RNLD)
- Experience of working within a similar setting previously
- Management experience

SALARY: £37,100 - £39,000 DOE
